The controller supports up to 64 gas detectors and offers flexible configuration and expansion options, including multiple relay outputs and Modbus communication. How does it work?
The MULTISCAN++PK functions as a central control system that processes signals from connected gas detectors. Each detector can be individually configured with specific alarm thresholds and response times. When hazardous gas concentrations are detected, the system immediately activates visual alarms on the display and switches relays to trigger actions such as ventilation or equipment shutdown. It features Modbus RTU/RS-485 for integration with building management systems (BMS) or programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Self-tests and fault notifications ensure continuous reliability and rapid intervention.
