Return Policy

Neohance B.V. operates as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. All orders placed through shop.neohance.tech are intended exclusively for professional and commercial use.

Right of Return

As all sales are conducted between businesses, the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not match the agreed specifications

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@neohance.tech. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo documentation where applicable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and complete.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part, Neohance covers the return shipping costs. In all other approved cases, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims follow the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Neohance will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible.

Exclusions

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Software licenses or downloadable content
